Individual sellers on LaunchFlow are responsible for handling refunds, returns, exchanges, and customer support for their products.

2. Platform Role

LaunchFlow provides the ecommerce platform and payment infrastructure but is not the direct seller of listed products.

3. Unauthorized Transactions

Customers who believe a transaction was unauthorized should contact their payment provider immediately.

4. Disputes

Refund disputes may be reviewed through Stripe and applicable financial institutions.

5. Contacting Sellers

Customers should contact the store owner directly regarding refund eligibility and return requests.
